Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Auto Refresh Turbo Chrome extension and this website. By installing or using the extension, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or website.
What the product does
The extension reloads browser tabs on a schedule you configure, including intervals, optional daily windows, optional random delay, and related options such as hard refresh and stop-on-interaction. It is not a general browser-automation suite, cloud webhook console, or monitoring platform for the entire web.
License to use the extension
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the extension for lawful purposes. No ownership rights in the extension, website, branding, or source materials are transferred to you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use scheduled reloads on sites you visit. You must comply with applicable law, site terms, and any organizational policies. You may not use the extension or website to:
- infringe copyright, privacy, contractual, or other rights;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, or security challenges in ways that violate site or legal rules;
- interfere with, damage, overload, or probe the extension, website, or related services;
- distribute malware or use the product for unlawful activity; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Auto Refresh Turbo.
Third-party sites and the Chrome Web Store
Sites you refresh and Google Chrome / the Chrome Web Store are third-party services we do not control. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms and policies. Auto Refresh Turbo is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
Page behavior, authentication, and anti-automation measures may change without notice and can interrupt reload features for particular sites.
Privacy and local processing
Refresh settings and session snapshots are stored locally through Chrome extension storage. Optional on-page features process page content in your browser when enabled. The product may send limited anonymous usage telemetry and sanitized error reports to self-hosted services; it does not attach page HTML or personal form fields to those reports. This website uses self-hosted Umami for anonymous visit analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Feedback
If you send suggestions through optional feedback or uninstall forms, you allow us to use that feedback to maintain and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential information.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the extension or website, including in response to browser or Chrome Web Store changes. We may end your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the product at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the extension and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that reloads will succeed on every site, that timers will be uninterrupted, or that the product will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer of Auto Refresh Turbo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to the extension, website, or sites you refresh. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the product during the 12 months before the claim or US $10. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal, or service changes. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
